This book is a lovely addition to my small library about Monet's home as inspiration for artful and colorful renovations of my home and garden. It arrived encased in a beautiful sleeve that added to its special appeal. Aside from the book's lovely photos, reproductions of paintings, and text that inspire me to seek more beauty in my personal environment, it would be a thoughtful gift for the Impressionist art lover or passionate gardener.
